All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii also incur extra charges.
Warranties
Warranty information and registration materials will be
included with all products. Please do not hesitate to e-mail info@backsolutionsonline.com
or call customer service regarding warranty information before or
after your purchase. Warranties terms are specific to the manufacturer
providing them.
Returns
*All Returnables are subject to a 5% restocking fee upon return.
If for any reason you need to return your merchandise, we have
a Return Authorization Number policy for your ease of return. Please
contact us first at info@backsolutionsonline.com
or call customer service. We accept returns within 15 days of the
receipt of your order on all our products except the ones listed
below as "Non-returnable Items." All products accepted
for return must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds
of your full purchase price will be issued on receipt of the returned
products. Please note that any shipping costs are not included in
your refund.
Non-returnable Items
Because of various health and sanitary reasons, the following items
cannot be accepted for return or refund:

- Adjustable Bed Frames
- Mattress toppers
- Pillows
- Pillow cases
- Back and Leg Wedges out of their original packages
